职位说明
Program Details:
The Hang Lung Internship Program aims to nurture young talents through placing them into one of our departments to acquire on-the-job training and practical working experience to prepare them for their career journey after graduation.
This year, we will continue the internship collaboration with local and overseas universities and extend the opportunities to students with disabilities or special education needs. Additionally, we are collaborating with the HKSAR Government to provide internship opportunities in Mainland to broaden the horizons of Hong Kong young talents.
实习生计划介绍:
恒隆实习生计划旨在透过在职培训和实习，培育新一代青年人才。实习生将获安排到公司其中一个部门学习行业知识和发展专业技能，为毕业后的事业发展做好准备。
今年，我们将继续与本地及海外大学合作实习生计划，并同时提供机会予伤健或有特殊教育需要的学生。我们还会继续与香港特别行政区政府合作提供内地实习机会，帮助拓宽香港青年视野。
Requirement：
· Undergraduates or Postgraduates of any discipline who are graduating in 2025
· Able to commit 5 days per week in July and August 2024
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· A high level of business acumen
· Strong interest to join Hang Lung Management Trainee Program
· Good communication skills, passion to learn, and high level of integrity
· Internship and overseas experiences are plus

· 实习期为2024年7月到8月，每周五天工作
· 熟练使用Office系列软件
· 具备良好中英文沟通与写作能力
· 具有敏锐的商业意识
· 具强烈意愿于完成实习后加入恒隆管理培训生计划
· 具备良好沟通技巧，乐于学习并诚实守信
· 拥有实习和海外经验为佳
