Title: ProjectManagement Intern
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Innovative Business Solution Office (IBSO) Teamis responsible for understanding SAP customers’ demand and deliver product thatcan best help our customers run simple. We are looking for an exceptionalcandidate to join our team to monitor projects delivery and implementations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
· Assistant to innovative product and cooperate inbook composing
· Organize project meetings and ensure meetingdetails such as logistics and facilities are well planned
· Attend project meetings and take notes ofproject resources, deadlines, deliverables etc.
· Take part in project plan and monitor timeline ofproject implementation
· Assist project managers in preparing projectproposals, guidelines and presentations
· Gather and analyze data related to the project
· Complete administrative tasks assigned by theproject manager or project owner
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
· University student major in Business, orrelevant courses
· Able to commit to 3 working days per week, witha duration of 6 months
· Excellent in Microsoft Office Applications
· Good command in English and Mandarin, with goodverbal and written communication skills
· Passionate for project management job
· Highly self-directing, self-disciplined andself-motivated individual with positive work attitude striving for excellence
· Previous experience in project managementrelated internship is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
• on-campusstudent major in Business, Computer or relevant courses
商务、计算机技术或相关专业在校生
• Ableto commit to 3 working days per week, with a duration of 6 months
每周保证至少3天出勤；能够持续工作至少6个月或以上者为优
• Excellentin Microsoft Office Applications
熟练掌握Office软件应用（esp. Excel, PPT等）
• Goodcommand in English and Mandarin, with good verbal and written communicationskills
掌握良好的中英文，善于口头及书面沟通
• Passionatefor project management job
对项目管理工作感兴趣且工作态度积极
• Previousexperience in project management related internship is a plus
